Parkour
So my latest obsession is with this style of street 'jumping' called Parkour. I remember it was featured on a Nike commercial some time ago and that it was of french origin. I have been looking up tons of clips and recently came across a movie on a blog. The movie is called Banlieue 13 (District 13). Anyway, I think that this parkour stuff is amazing and just wanted to share it.

it does look like a martial arts move that jackie chan might employ but i don't know how 'extreme sports' jumping could be. what was the nike commercial? was it the one with the sun-runners?
it was a nike 'presto' commercial about an angry chicken, but I can't help but think there was another as well.
