Space, the Final Frontier

I signed a lease last week on my office space. I am now leasing approxamately 1625 sq. ft. (contingent upon bank approval). I am very excited but really won't feel fully comfortable until we start the build out. Next step, bank loan approval, equipment list, and hopefully start the build out by the first of the year.
